BE HUMBLE
Respecting others involved in their sport, including the competition, is one of the greatest attributes contributed to successful athletes. Great athletes don’t just take care of their bodies, develop their skills or use the best products, it’s imperative for competitive greatness that the athlete is able to control his or her emotions and not get too angry or upset when things go wrong. Not only does this help coaches and the team, but it helps the wider community of supporters who adore sports to have role models to admire.
