  • Hands on ‘project management’ - whilst keeping a top level track of the departments projects is a part of the role, working with the engineers and managers assisting their project management needs and resources. Key elements here are the ‘Hands on’ and ‘assisting’ – most people don’t need telling they are missing a deadline, but may need a new angle or just plain physical help.

  • The Team is growing fast with engineers across several disciplines with varying levels of experience, so a dynamic approach to managing, mentoring, supporting, and growing the Team is No. 1 along with keeping the engineering the fun bit why people want to come to work
