About the role

As Muc-Off continues to grow at a fast pace, we need a rockstar behind Muc-Off’s influencer marketing program.  The Influencer Marketing Manager role reports into the Senior Comms Manager at our Head Office in Poole, Dorset, where you'll have the opportunity to wield the influence of key personalities to massively boost our brand, craft significant partnerships, and captivate new audiences across the globe.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Influencer Engagement: Scout, engage, and nurture relationships with influencers who not only reflect Muc-Off’s brand ethos but also engage our target demographic.
  • Campaign Management: Craft and roll out comprehensive influencer marketing campaigns that resonate with our core brand objectives and meet our ambitious goals.
  • Content Collaboration: Collaborate with influencers to produce genuine and impactful content that engages their followers and spotlights our groundbreaking products.
  • Partnership Coordination: Steer ongoing influencer partnerships through savvy negotiation, effective contract management, and strategic alignment.
  • Performance Analysis: Track, assess, and optimise influencer campaigns, focusing on metrics such as reach, engagement, ROI, and brand alignment.
  • Media Relations: Develop and maintain a robust network with media outlets to ensure coverage that boosts both brand visibility and credibility.
  • Trend Monitoring: Keep a pulse on the latest in influencer marketing trends to ensure our strategies remain innovative and industry leading.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Integrate influencer marketing efforts with wider marketing campaigns to create a unified brand narrative

What we’re looking for

A highly motivated individual with a love cycling and/or powersports to lead a world-class influencer marketing programme in a way doesn’t just reach but blows past our ambitious targets. Must-haves

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of two / three years in a marketing role, with a proven track record in delivering and managing high-level influencer marketing campaigns.
  • Technical Proficiency: Well-versed in major influencer marketing platforms and a strong understanding of and ability to utilise analytical tools to provide world-class reporting to the business.
  • Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective influencer marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
  • Communication: Outstanding communication and project management skills, capable of building strong relationships with both influencers and internal teams.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptionally organised, capable of juggling multiple campaigns and initiatives effortlessly.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Superb at forging and sustaining relationships, especially with influencers and media contacts.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and collaborative, ready to adjust strategies in tune with changing market dynamics and internal feedback.
