About the role

As the business continues to grow, we are looking for a Compliance & Business Improvement Project Manager to manage projects and to make sure the proposed plan adheres to the timeline, budget and scope within the NPI and Compliance functions of the business.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Create and manage the project plan and critical path for new product launches and product specification changes
  • Hold regular product team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects
  • Define project responsibilities with stakeholders
  • Facilitate communication with leadership and other key strategy stakeholders, including regular reports and strategy progress meetings
  • Apply a sound understanding of products and technical requirements to support project progression
  • Maintain project time frames, budget estimates and status reports. Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Create management, communication plans and processes
  • Confidently represent the business and project to suppliers, customers and internal management


What we are looking for

Must-haves

  • Experience in a relatable role for minimum 3 years
  • Ability to demonstrate track record of success in a similar role
  • Proven history of delivering projects to schedule, within budget
  • Ability to use PM tools to track, manage and report.
  • Proven history of improved quality performance
  • Multitasking – multiple projects running concurrently
  • Organisational and analytical skills
  • Commercial awareness and diplomacy, with a technical understanding


Desirable

  • Educated to degree level in relevant field or holds qualifications in project management: Prince2, Agile, Change Management etc.
