CAN I BUY A RIDE BOX AS A GIFT?

Of course! If you click 'Build Your Box' below, you'll go through to our rider questionnaire. If you select our Gift option, you can choose how long you’d like the subscription to last - either 6 or 12 months - and when you'd like the first box to arrive. You'll also receive a neat Gift Certificate to share with the lucky shredder.
AM I LOCKED INTO MY RIDE BOX SUBSCRIPTION?

No, definitely not! You can cancel at any time directly via your account. If you need help with your subscription then please call, email or chat to our customer service team. We're here to help!
CAN I CHOOSE WHICH PRODUCTS I GET?

We've carefully crafted each Ride Box to best match the needs of the different riders out there with the products we think most suitable. If there's a specific product you'd like that's not included in a Ride Box, we still offer these outside of our subscription service via the website.
HOW MANY PRODUCTS ARE IN A RIDE BOX?

That depends! Each box varies depending on what you told us about the type of riding you do. Typically, our Regular boxes have 4-5 products and our Large boxes have 7-8. Oh and you'll get a free gift in every box of course!
HOW OFTEN WILL MY RIDE BOX BE DELIVERED?

Every 3 months! Based on what you've told us about your riding, we've assembled all of the products we think you're going to need to keep your steed looking box fresh! If you find you're needing more, you can always upgrade to a bigger box.

WHEN DO I GET BILLED?

You have the option to choose how regularly you'd like to pay. If you're buying the subscription for yourself you can opt to pay every 3 or 12 months. If you're buying it as a gift you can pay for either 6 or 12 months.
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ESSENTIALS AND ENTHUSIAST BOXES?

Our Essentials Ride Boxes are designed to cater for mid-level riders who typically ride shorter rides and less often. Our Enthusiasts Ride Boxes are for those who love to shred 'til bed!
HOW FAST IS DELIVERY?

Your first Ride Box will arrive approximately 5 working days from when you sign up. Your following boxes will arrive every 3 months from that date. Oh, and shipping is included in the price of each box.
DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

No, unfortunately at the moment our Ride Boxes are only available to UK customers. But we are working on creating an offering for our overseas customers.
