PLEASE REFILL THIS BOTTLE USING OUR 5 LITRE – Refilling is WAY better than recycling!

Directions for use - 5 Litre

  2. Put your bike in a work stand if possible.
  3. Ideally, use this container to refill our 1 litre bottle or simply use the pump to apply directly into an unseated tyre.

Using the valve core removal tool

  1. Remove the plastic dust cap from your Presta or Schrader valve.
  2. Make sure you have removable valve cores (not all Presta valve cores are removable).
If the upper threaded part of the valve core has two flat sides, then it’s removable.
  3. To remove the valve core on your Presta valve, slot the oval-shaped (A) hole down over the top of the valve and line up the flat edges, you’ll feel it click into place. Unscrew the thread in an anti-clockwise rotation until the core comes loose (keep this part safe).
  4. For Schrader valves use the two-pronged end of the tool (C) and insert into the inside of the valve and unscrew anti-clockwise until the core comes loose (keep this part safe).
  5. After filling the sealant through your de-cored valve be sure to re-insert the valve core in your valve and tighten in a clockwise rotation until tight.
  6. After use, the valve core removal tool can be stored on your valve – simply place one O-ring on the valve and slide down as far as it will go, then slot the tool onto the valve (B) and slide down above the ring. Place another O-ring over the top and press down tight towards the tool to keep it secure.

Keep out of reach of children. Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not drink!

FAQs

How do I clean No Puncture off my kit?

Unfortunately, it seems that all tyre sealants can stain! If No Puncture Hassle sprays on your kit out on the trail, try to rinse the affected area straight away with clean water from your bottle and then wipe off as soon as possible with a damp cloth. Key Tip! Try not to let the sealant dry before you can wash your kit properly at home!!

We would then advise rinsing again with clean water as soon as you’re home, now use a pre-wash product (check fabric is compatible first!) before cleaning your kit in the washing machine with a good laundry detergent. Alternatively, you can hand wash with a good liquid cleaner as quickly as possible. (always follow manufacturers washing instructions).
