Purpose of the role
Ensuring our warehouses have sufficient stock to meet customer demands by planning and scheduling stock transfers efficiently supporting the “right stock in the right place at the right time” goal.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain appropriate stock levels across our global warehouses
- Use forecasts to request production orders and purchase orders for stock building
- Create purchase orders and sales orders through the SAP system
- Maintain and update delivery dates within the system
- Attend key meetings with warehouse teams to follow up on deliveries and provide updates
- Work closely with other departments, including Procurement, Logistics and Ecommerce
- Produce weekly reports covering open and scheduled stock movements
What we’re looking for
Must-haves
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel skills
- A high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Experience using SAP would be advantageous, although training will be provided
- Good commercial awareness
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to communicate and work effectively with teams across the business
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving
