The Return of a Champion

With Glenn Irwin temporarily sidelined, the Hager PBM Ducati team has moved quickly to keep their championship hopes alive—and we’re buzzing to share the big news: Scott Redding is back in the British Superbike Championship!

Scott will line up on the grid in Hager PBM Ducati colours this weekend at Knockhill, marking his return to the BSB scene after five seasons in World Superbikes. Fans will remember his incredible 2019 season, when he stormed to the BSB title in his debut year with the team. Now, aged 32 and armed with even more experience, Scott is back—with unfinished business.

This return isn’t just about filling a seat—it’s about reigniting a winning partnership as the team continues its push for a historic 10th BSB title.

Glenn Irwin on the Road to Recovery

First and foremost, our thoughts are with Glenn Irwin, who underwent surgery last Thursday following his crash at Snetterton. The procedure, which focused on his sacrum (part of the pelvis), was a success. Glenn is now recovering in hospital and—true to his grit and determination—is already back on his feet with the help of a walker.

While there’s no confirmed timeline for his return to racing just yet, Glenn is fully committed to his rehab programme. The entire Muc-Off team sends our support to Glenn and his family. We know he’ll tackle this challenge with the same tenacity he brings to the track.
