About the role
As the business continues to grow at a fast pace, we are looking for a Sales Order Processing Executive to be responsible for ensuring our customers receive their stock in a timely fashion and that order book fulfilment is maximised.
Key Responsibilities
- To assist management with the stock allocation process ensuring order book fulfilment is maximised
- Provide regular reports for customers, sales and management
- Liaise with internal departments regarding production dates and planning
- Provide cover for colleague customer management
- To manage all direct from Supplier to Customer orders
- Communicate all amendments, changes to the customer, internal teams and warehouses when required
- Manage the end-to-end customer process for own customers not limited to order processing, allocations, creating export documentation, investigating shortages
- Ensure shipments are dispatched in line with customer requirements
What we’re looking for
Must-haves:
- At least 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced customer focused environment with direct customer responsibility
- Sales and/or sales order processing experience
- At least Intermediate Excel experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- A good level of general education preferably to at least A level standard
Desirable
- Previous exporting experience with clients from around the world
- Experience with SAP Business One
- Experience with Amazon Vendor Central
