About the role

Key responsibilities:

  • Sales analysis at a category, product, channel, customer & country level
  • Translate commercial data and analysis into identifiable opportunities and develop actionable insight and key action planning in alignment with Muc-Off objectives to optimise sales
  • Monitoring new product launches
  • Monitoring key competition in each territory 
  • Monitoring key market trends
  • Manage the review of our Commercial priorities to measure, evaluate and report progress against goals
  • Working with the channel directors to understand their needs and provide analysis that supports their commercial objectives
  • Work closely with product managers and the commercial team to optimize the product range by identifying products with high growth potential and those that need review or discontinuation
  • Provide strategic insights on product pricing, promotions, and placement to maximize profitability and sales

    Must-haves

    • Experience in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint & Excel
    • Proven experience of owning and driving commercial planning, analysis & review 
    • Experience in managing cross functional projects and senior stakeholders
    • High numeracy and analytical ability, problem-solving with rigour, excellent attention to detail
    • Strong team working skills and the ability to build collaborative and productive working relationships with a wide range of people of different seniority levels
