  • HOW FAST IS DELIVERY?

    Your first Ride Box will arrive approximately 5 working days from when you sign up. Your following boxes will arrive every 3 months from that date.

  • How often will I receive my Ride Box?

    Every 3 months, and you can choose to pay for each box as it's sent out, or pay for 4 boxes up front and save an extra £10.

  • AM I LOCKED INTO MY SUBSCRIPTION?

    No, definitely not! You can cancel at any time directly via our customer portal. If you need help with your subscription then please call, email or chat to our customer service team. We're here to help!
